wani's classic red and white mini cakes

ok, a quick one.

these are wani's mini cakes for her wedding. 9 pcs all together. theme: red and white. cik ayu rasa it will be nice kalau ada kaler hitam in the design. so i asked wani, "is it ok if i add a little black?". wani kata, "ok!"

jd ini hasilnya! hope wani loves them as much as i do =)

ini order dr kak noraasmira (bukan nama sebenar.. huhu) lg. kalau dulu utk birthday ibunya, skang ni utk birthday anak perempuannya, nor amirah syafiqah. cik ayu buatkan chocolate moist cake utk syafiqah. kak nora nak deco mcm kek adik hajar yg pernah cik ayu buat before nih.. so here it is.. sama tp tak serupa, i've added butterflies and this time i used paper cake topper instead of edible image.. (huh! tulis tgn atas kek guna icing.. definitely no-no for me.. huhu). for the flowers, i just used pink and purple flowers! seswai cik ayu rasa.. hehe =)

oh ya! dan sekeping berita.. (jgn pedulikan sama ada penjodoh bilangan yg saya guna betul atau tidak ok!)

i don't know whether this is bad or good news. i've been thinking on this for quite sometime. at this moment, i have to limit the order taken by CupcakesChek. why? cukup la kalau saya katakan, sbb budak seksi kat bawah ni perlukan perhatian yg lebih =)

my next project =)

i bought these flowers yesterday. these flowers are for my next project. bukan utk customer mana2.. tp utk eksperimen saya. nantikan hasilnya ok! (harap2 bukan satu lg projek tertangguh dr cik ayu.. huhu)

i need debottlenecking!

hmmm... sementara menunggu hubby keluar mencari kekasih hatinya yg lg satu ~ en. surat khabar, sempat saya buat entry nih.. huhu..

dulu cik ayu ada masalah nih.. cookies yg uneven ketebalannya. i need to roll out the dough like 3 - 4 (at least 2!) times nak bg puas hati dgn ketebalan cookies cik ayu. then cik ayu jumpa 2 btg kayu ajaib ni (maybe org pandang kayu ni cam sampah jek.. tp bg cik ayu ianya ajaib! huhu). problem solved!

tp problem lain plak timbul.. which has caused a real bottleneck!

oven cik ayu tak cukup besar! tau la kan, english cookies nih size nye besar sket, satu tray oven cik ayu tu just muat 6 keping jek tau.. huuiisshh..

order erin dlm entry sebelum nih buat cik ayu pikir sedalam2 nya ~ i need to debottleneck! cik ayu kena beli oven yg lg besar! or seek for a kitchen incubator perhaps?

p/s: pd yg pernah tanya cik ayu pakai oven apa ~ SHARP Model EO18K - rasa cam dah obsolete jek model nih.. haha..

erin's wedding favor: colourful cookies

ingat lg erin? yg suke kura2 itu.. =) these are erin's cookies, 230 pcs all together. cookies with colourful royal icing deco plus heart sprinkles. cik ayu delivered the cookies this morning.. her pelamin was in progress masa tu, i heart her pelamin sgt!

all wrapped individually in a clear plastic treat bag
