romantic red velvet cupcakes: along's wedding anniversary

i baked these red velvet cupcakes yesterday.. ini utk along - kawan sama tempat kerja.. balik jek dr bangi smalam (bawak bak gi berubat) terus cik ayu mem'baking'. these cupcakes are for her wedding anniversary today... hopefully along suka ye.. =)

yg ni cik ayu baru buat kelmarin.. camne leh amek order ni? huhu... susah nak cite.. kesimpulannya, kena amek sbb yg nak nikah org sekampung (kampung hubby).. sorry ye dik kakak tak dpt nak dtg majlis adik.. arahannye sempoi saje, cupcakes theme maroon ngan putih.. so ini lah yg cik ayu termampu nak buat..gambar ni tak berapa nak cun pasal amek nak cepat.. oleh itu, ia tak menggambarkan ke'cun'an yg sebenar.. *mode perasan terlebih* =)

'aqila's fondant decorated cupcakes

ini order dr adik 'aqila. adik opis saya. theme: gold. hmmm.. tp tak berapa nak menjadi ke'gold'an nye itu. cik ayu guna gold dust. tak ngam, mmg nak kena guna lustre dust gak la.. baru ngam.

tp apa2 pon adik 'aqila tetap senyum masa dpt cuppies nih. hehe.. here are the cuppies =)

kapkek hantaran fizam

these cupcakes are for fizam. kalau tak silap, esok nikahnya. fizam ni adik yg dok sebelah saya dlm opis. sori lah fizam, kakak salah date. ingat fizam nak cupcakes ni hari ni, rupa2nya smalam. seb baik bertolak ke tempat sebelah perempuan tengah hari ye.. sempat la collect kat opis pagi ni td. theme hantaran fizam: cekelat.

tiffany blue cupcakes with choc seashells

ini repeat order dr mai. mai pernah order devil's food choc cake ngan cik ayu dulu. sure ramai tanya, nape plak cik ayu blh amek order mai time ramadhan nih.. katanya tutup kedai.. =) camni, cik ayu ada hutang ngan mai ni. last time masa hubby deliver cake kat mai, hubby takde change, so balance nye tu still tertunggak sampai skang. harapnye langsai la hutang tu ngan order ni (jgn takde change lg sudah.. hehe).

mai nak cupcakes with fondant deco kaler turqoise/ tiffany blue. mai nak ada seashells on the cupcakes with: "happy birthday my lurve" written on it.

since i don't have fondant seashells mould , dan masa jenjalan kat bakery supplies store hari tu cik ayu jumpa a nice seashells chocolate mould so ape kata i have it a try. this is also inspired by Sweetopia cupcakes recently=)

my first trial making chocolate. i used white chocolate and a little milk chocolate for the effect; just like Marion did =) i love the seahorse!

what makes me happy =)

tiada yg lebih menggembirakan cik ayu dr melihat hasil tangan cik ayu commel di atas dulang hantaran.. makes me smile =) gambar2 ni dr facebook customer2 cik ayu.

ina's choc cuppies

chocolate cuppies ni ina order sbg buah tangan utk bakal ibu mertua nya di Singapore. theme: red and white. to make it special, cik ayu buatkan cream cheese + oreo frosting for the topping. masa buat tu, cik ayu rasa sket frosting nye... yummmieee!

hopefully ina and her fiancee plus his family pon suka jugak ya!

fiza's engagement: pink and purple cuppies

ini cuppies utk majlis pertunangan fiza. theme colour: purple and pink. bile abes jek cik ayu deco cuppies nih, cik ayu telek2.. hmmm.. mmg la ni purple and pink.. tp bnyk purple! lesson learnt: next time kalau ada customer yg themenya ada 2 colours combination, cik ayu kena tanya customer which colour yg nak kena nampak 'lebih'.
